Generic meditations are great until they aren't. You've got real things going on — grief, big decisions, a nervous system that doesn't respond to someone telling you to "just breathe." These meditations are different. I'm an energy healer specializing in spinal energetics, Reiki, sound healing, and energy alchemy. I bring all of that into what I create for you. Think of it as a private session you can replay whenever you need it.

Pick the length that fits where you are right now. Five minutes or thirty-five — each one is built with the same intention.
You'll share what's going on — what you're moving through, what you want to feel, what needs support. No wrong answers here.
Before I create anything, I sit with your energy. I let that guide everything — the words, the pacing, the frequency of it all.

You don't always have 30 minutes. Sometimes you need something fast that actually works. Small but mighty. Don't let the length fool you.
The Reset
10–15 minutes
Long enough to actually land somewhere, short enough to fit in your real life. Built for where you actually are right now. You tell me what's going on. I handle the rest.
The Deep Dive
20–25 minutes
For when something needs more than a reset. Cord cutting, ancestral clearing, somatic release. This is not background noise. Tissues optional but not a bad idea.
The Full Transmission
30–35 minutes
As close to sitting with me as a recording gets. This one tends to hit different every time you listen because you're different every time you come back to it.

After you complete your purchase, you'll receive an intake form to fill out. This is where you tell me what's going on — what you're moving through, what you want to feel, anything you want me to know. The more honest and specific you are, the more your meditation will land.
Yes. The intake form gives you space to share exactly what you need support with — grief, anxiety, a big transition, healing a specific relationship, nervous system regulation, ancestral clearing, whatever it is. Nothing is too specific and nothing is too "out there." Bring it all.
Typically within 5 to 7 business days of receiving your completed intake form. I don't rush this — I sit with your energy first, and that takes the time it takes. You'll be notified when yours is ready and it'll be delivered straight to you digitally.
Reach out. I want you to feel good about what you received and I'll do my best to make it right. That said, sometimes a meditation hits differently on the second or third listen — especially when you come back to it at a different moment. Give it a few listens before you decide. All sales are final on custom work, but I'm a real person and I actually care.
